Yes, we conducted an on-site evaluation on July 7, 2019, and installed their Life Saver pool fence on July 17, 2019.
In Santa Clarita Valley, CA, homeowners must adhere to specific pool fence regulations. These regulations state that privately-owned pools must be enclosed by a fence that provides a barrier between the swimming pool and all adjacent properties. The pool fencing must be at least 60 inches high and the release mechanisms should be placed 60 inches minimum above the ground. Access gates are required to open away from the pool area and must be both self-closing and self-latching with a release mechanism located at least 54 inches above the ground.
What Was the Scope of Work?
For this job, Viola contacted us to have a Life Saver pool fence installed around their pool to keep their two granddaughters safe from the dangers of drowning when they cared for them in their home 4 days a week. They chose to install a 4’ tall Life Saver pool fence with tan poles and border with brown mesh.
The job was installed mostly into pavers with the back portion of the fence installed into concrete. Their backyard had 4 step ups which meant a special 40” panel needed to be made to go over one of the steps instead of drilling directly into it.
