Yes, we conducted an on-site evaluation on October 21, 2019, and installed their Life Saver pool fence on November 22, 2019.
In Burbank, CA including the Newhall area, homeowners must adhere to specific, local pool fence regulations. These regulations state that homeowners in the area that have pools in their yard must be at least 4 feet tall, and have a self-closing, self-latching pool gate with the release mechanism on the pool side of the fence.
What Was the Scope of Work?
For this job, Richard contacted us to have a Life Saver pool fence installed around his pool to keep his family and backyard protected from the potential dangers of a pool. He chose to install a 4’ tall Life Saver pool fence in his home, made of tan mesh and tan poles. For this pool fence installation, the mesh fence was installed in mostly concrete with about 6 feet of dirt work on either end of the fence. The rest of the fence was installed in concrete with 2 steps around the pool and stepped up into the planter along the side of the pool. The fence was 4 feet all around with the exception of two five-foot panels placed before the step up into the planter. This was done to prevent a child from being easily able to step up on the planter and climb the fence.
